Running racquetball tournaments shouldn't be this hard

Skill division placement is contentious

Players self-rate inaccurately, sandbagging is common, and there is no easy way to verify skill levels before the event. Misplaced players lead to blowout matches and frustrated competitors in every division.

Bracket management with consolation rounds is complex

Racquetball tournaments typically run main draws plus consolation brackets for first-round and second-round losers. Tracking three parallel brackets per division by hand leads to scheduling errors and missed matches.

Court usage gaps waste expensive facility time

With matches varying from 20 minutes to over an hour, courts go empty while other matches run long. Manually rescheduling to fill gaps is reactive and disruptive — players are never where they need to be.

How it works

Three steps to a better tournament

1

Set up divisions and draws

Create skill divisions (Open, A, B, C, D) with singles, doubles, and mixed categories. Choose single elimination with consolation brackets, round robin, or combined formats.

2

Players register by division

Share a registration link. Players select their division, enter doubles partners, and pay online. You review entries and adjust division placement before generating draws.

3

Run the event with live brackets

Enter scores as matches finish. Main draws and consolation brackets update automatically. Players and spectators see live brackets, upcoming matches, and court assignments on any device.

Formats

Every racquetball format, covered

Single Elimination with Consolation

Main draw plus consolation brackets for first-round losers (and optionally second-round losers). The standard racquetball tournament format ensuring eliminated players still compete.

Double Elimination

Players must lose twice to be eliminated. Winners and losers brackets converge in the final. Rewards consistency and gives everyone a second chance.

Round Robin

Every player in the division plays every other player. Best for small divisions of 4-6 players where you want maximum match play and clear standings.

Modified Round Robin + Playoff

Players compete in round robin pools, then top finishers from each pool advance to a single-elimination playoff bracket. Combines guaranteed matches with a decisive finish.
