HIGHLIGHTS
· Minimum 2 matches guaranteed per team
· Towels will be provided and complimentary usage of the Club’s locker room for changing and showering
· Water and other beverages will be provided
· Snacks provided periodically
· Light lunch on Sunday during the Finals and Prize Giving Ceremony Light lunch on Sunday during the Finals and Prize Giving Ceremony
· Last minute Pull-outs after 15th September 2026 will still result in the Registered Team to Pay Full amount.

ELIGIBILITY
- Raintree Jumbo Doubles 2026 is open to all international and local players, and who are not suspended or banned by the WSF.
- Protective eyewear must be worn by all players at all times during match play.
- Verification of date of birth from the identification documents must be produced upon request
- Each player may enter up to 2 categories.
SCORING SYSTEM
- Scoring for all matches will be played to the best of 3 games, 11 points - PAR (Point-A-Rally), with sudden death at 10-10.
- 3rd Set will be played to 5 points ONLY, with sudden death at 4-4.
WITHDRAWAL
- Withdrawal of players from the tournament must be made in writing to the Tournament Director by email.
- Entrance fee is NON-REFUNDABLE for withdrawals received after the closing date.
APPEAL
- Any appeals should be lodged with the organising committee. All decisions made by the Technical Delegate shall be final.
SEEDING
- Organisers will be responsible for seeding of teams as required after the entries are closed.
- Organisers may, at its discretion, combine/adjust age-groups or run smaller draws in a round-robin format. Affected players will be advised accordingly.
- Where there are less than 8 participating teams in any categories, it will result in the cancellation of that category

a. Timing
- Daily matches will be scheduled from 9am and the expected completion of the last match will be at 11pm maximum on all days.
- In the case of delays, matches which may commence at 11pm will be played the following day at 9am.
REFEREE
- All participants are expected to mark/referee matches when requested by the Tournament Referee.
- Failure to do so will mean immediate disqualification from the tournament and withdrawal of any benefits.
PLAYERS ON COURT
- It is the responsibility of each player to be ready to play 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of their match.
- In case of clashes, the organiser may assist in adjusting or rescheduling subsequent matches.
- It is NOT the responsibility of the organiser if players lack rest time in between categories matches.
TOURNAMENT T-SHIRT
- All participants will receive a tournament T-shirt per event registered.
INDEMNITY & INSURANCE
- All participating associations, competitors and officials agree to indemnify and hold the organising committee, Squash@Work and Squash Racquets Association of Malaysia (SRAM) not accountable for, and against, any claims for personal injury, death or property damage, arising out of, or in, any way resulting from the participation in the Squash@Work x Raintree International Jumbo Doubles 2025.
- Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage, including medical, travel, and personal accident insurance. The Organisers will not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the tournament.
